Alicia Casarez Gomez

Mrs. Alicia Casarez Gomez passed away on Monday, September 20, 2021, at the age of 56 in Katy, Texas.She is preceded in death by her father Jose Casarez Sr., brother Jose Casarez Jr., maternal grandparents Porfirio and Angelita Avalos and her paternal grandparents Jose Casarez and Clara Rubio.Mrs. Gomez is survived by her beloved husband Jose Alberto Gomez, children Jose Alberto (Renee) Gomez Jr., and Diana Alicia Gomez, grandchildren Julian Gomez, Jose Gomez III, Jayden Gomez, Joel Gomez, Jylicia Green, Bryson Green and Braylen Green. She is also survived by her mother Gloria Amanda Casarez, brothers and sisters Lydia (Enrique) Valdez, Linda (†Santos) Hernandez, Sandy (Ramiro) Cervera, and Humberto Casarez, sister-in-law Diana Cantu, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

The family will receive condolences on Saturday, September 25, 2021, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Aguero Funeral and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, Texas 78041. A rosary will be held at 2:00 p.m.Inurnment will be held at a later date.
