Carlos Antonio Gonzalez

Carlos Antonio Gonzalez entered eternal rest on Thursday, September 3, 2020 at the age of 80 in Laredo, Texas.He was preceded in death by his parents Manuel and Maria de la Luz Gonzalez, son Eduardo Gonzalez and his sister Sylvia Gonzalez de Diaz.Mr. Gonzalez is survived by his beloved spouse Rosario Gonzalez, children Carlos Manuel Gonzalez, Alicia Gonzalez, Karla (Rafael) Peña, Carlos (Fely) Gonzalez Jr., Karina (Enrique) Vela and Christian Gonzalez, grandchildren Carlos Alfonso Gonzalez, Luis Enrique Vela, Rebecca Peña, Carlos Antonio Gonzalez III, Rafael Peña and Eduardo “Lalo” Gonzalez. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters Manuel (Marta) Gonzalez, Rolando (Socorro) Gonzalez, Eduardo Gonzalez, Lucy Gonzalez, Mercedes Gonzalez and Connie Gonzalez and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Visitation will be held Saturday, September 5, 2020 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041. A prayer service will be recited at 10:00 a.m.Interment will follow at the family plot in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.In accordance with CDC safety precautions, we ask everyone attending funeral services to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
