Cesar Ruiz

Cesar Ruiz passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2020, in Laredo, Texas at the age of 62.He is preceded in death by the mother of his children Martha O. Ruiz.Mr. Ruiz is survived by his wife Cynthia Rodriguez, parents Juan Manuel and Esperanza Ruiz, children Erica R. (Lamberto) Sicairos, Cynthia V. (Steven M.) Blackburn, Cesar Jr. (Larissa J.) Ruiz and Ricardo (Alejandra Y. Flores) Ruiz, grandchildren Lamberto and Martha Sicairos, Addison Blackburn, Cayleigh, Cassidy, and Ethan Ruiz, Rylee Garcia, and Monserrat Ruiz and his stepchildren Lizette Rodriguez, Melissa Rodriguez and Eliseo Rodriguez, Jr. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters Juan Manuel (†Laura) Ruiz, Leticia (Ricardo) Benavides, Jaime (Brenda) Ruiz, Estela (Julio) Vasquez, Antonio (Patricia) Ruiz, Imelda (Alberto) Guajardo and Jorge (Nadia) Ruiz and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held Thursday, December 17, 2020 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041. A prayer service will be held at 12:00 p.m.Interment will be held at the family plot in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.In accordance with CDC safety precautions, we ask everyone attending funeral services to wear a mask and practice social distancing. There will be limited seating for services. For everyone’s safety please honor the family from a distance.
