Dwight Arnold Minot

Dwight Arnold Minot, 60 years of age, passed away on Monday, May 9, 2022. He was born in Woonsocket, RI, on November 8, 1961. At the age of 17, he went into the trucking business. He dedicated his life to making sure he did everything there was to do right when it came to the trucking business. He took pride in serving all his agents and customers to assure the merchandise was delivered in good condition. He worked as a truck driver for 43 years. He also loved to be with his family when he was at home. He will be very missed.He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert, and Gladys Minot, of RI.Dwight is survived by his wife, Kathy Tewell; son, Christian of Laredo, TX; stepsons: Michael (Kirsten) Spurlock of Rockford, IL, Steven Spurlock of Rochelle, IL; 7 grandchildren, two brothers: Arnold (Lorraine) Minot of RI, Wayne (Eliana) Minot of Texas, and sister, Dawne Minot of RI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Thursday, May 12, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, Texas 78041. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m.Inurnment will be held at a later date.
