Jaime Trinidad Maldonado, beloved husband, father, grandfather, father-in-law, son, brother, nephew, and friend, passed unexpectedly on Saturday, January 15, 2022, surrounded by his family.The love of a family is life’s greatest blessing. In his 60 years, Jaime lived life to the fullest, always with a smile and a great love for his family. Jaime was fortunate to have achieved his life dreams. Jaime was a passionate truck driver for over 30 years, he enjoyed cookouts and loteria nights with family, and was a motorhead for his cars and trucks. He will be greatly missed by everyone that ever-crossed paths with him as he was a genuine person with a big heart.He is now making his loved ones in heaven laugh like he did during his time with us.Jaime is preceded in death by his parents Sergio and Gloria Guadalupe C. Maldonado, paternal grandparents Fortunato and Raymunda Maldonado, maternal grandparents Marcos and Rosa Aguilar, sister-in-law Susana Camacho, father-in-law Victor Cadena and nephew Omar Rolando Andrade.Those left to cherish his memory are the love of his life, his wife of 42 years Leticia Maldonado, his beloved children, Monica (Rogelio) Herrera, Araceli (Cedric) Johnson, Jaime (Terri) Maldonado, Lorena (Omar) Castillo. His grandchildren that he adored, Rogelio Vasquez Jr, Mia Isabella, Jacob, and Aaron Maldonado, Rogelio and Vicente Herrera, Natalie, Omar, and Catalina Castillo.Brothers and Sisters, Raymundo (Margarita) Maldonado, Sergio (Iliana) Maldonado Jr., Rosa Maldonado, Mary Lou (Juan Jose) Robles, Dr. Rafael Maldonado, Griselda (Jarrod) Alley, Gloria (Ashley) Barrow, mother-in-law Margarita Cadena, numerous nieces, nephews, his brother and sister in laws, Godchildren, Compadres, Comadres, Cousins and many, many friends.The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to Laredo Ready Mix, Mr. Martin Gallegos and family, Mr. Roy Soliz, Dr. Mario Salinas and the many, many friends of Jaime.A celebration of life service will be held from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. on Sunday, January 23, 2022, atAguero Funeral Home & Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX. A rosary will be held at 7 p.m.Due to the current Covid pandemic, temperature checks and the wearing of masks will be enforced for the safety of all.Funeral services will be held Monday, January 24, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. from Aguero Funeral Home & Crematorium to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 109 N. Meadow for a Holy Mass at 10 a.m.Interment will follow at the family plot in the Laredo City Cemetery
