Mr. Luis Peña, 71, of Laredo, Texas, passed away on Friday, May 10, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.

He is preceded in death by his parents Jose R. Peña, Sr., and Francisca Morado.

Mr. Peña is survived by his beloved wife Sylvia Peña, stepchildren Ramiro (Leticia) Martinez, Elvira (Juan Jose) Rendon, and Sylvia Martinez. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters Jose (Angie) Peña, Carlos Peña, Irma Moncivais, Oscar (Adriana) Peña, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
