Mrs. Margarita Cadena passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at the age of 88 in Laredo, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her father Tomas Cabrera, mother Maria de Jesus Cabrera Garza, daughter Susana Cadena Camacho, husband Victor Cadena, and her grandson Martin Francisco Camacho.

Mrs. Cadena is survived by her loving children and their spouses Ricardo Cadena; Rosario (José Luis) Sanchez; Leticia (+ Jaime) Maldonado; Martin (+ Hilda) Cadena; Isabel Cadena; Roberto (Debbie) Cadena; Rolando (Clarissa) Cadena; and Nancy (Ricardo) Salinas. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren including Amy Cadena and Eyva Rodriguez, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Visitation will be held Friday, May 17, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041. A rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, May 18, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. from Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St. to San Martin de Porres Catholic Church for a Holy Mass at 9:00 a.m.

Inurnment will follow at a later date.
