Maria Elvira Ortiz

Ms. Maria Elvira Ortiz passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, in Laredo, Texas at the age of 51.She is preceded in death by her mother Maria Ortiz, daughter Clarissa Y. De La Rosa, and her granddaughter Baby Isabella De La Rosa.Ms. Ortiz is survived by her children Selina De La Rosa (Juan Jose Saldaña, Jr.) and Jorge (Alexis) De La Rosa, grandchildren Luis Perez, Jorge De La Rosa Jr., Jorge De La Rosa, Maria Salome De La Rosa, Pedro De La Rosa, Gabriel Jalomo, Jayden Jalomo. She is also survived by her father Julian Ortiz, numerous other relatives, and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Monday, March 21, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041. A rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m.Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. from Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium to Holy Redeemer Catholic Church for a Holy Mass at 11:00 a.m.Interment will follow at the family plot in the Laredo City Cemetery.
