Maria Isabel Ortiz, 51, passed away Monday, February 22, 2021 in Laredo, Texas.Left to cherish her memory is her beloved husband, Guadalupe Javier Ortiz, children Javier Ortiz, Gustavo Ortiz and Karen Ortiz, parents Reymundo and Adelaida Rodriguez. She is also survived by her brother; Ricardo Rodriguez, sisters Alejandra Rodriguez, Irma Rodriguez, Adriana (Ignacio) Ochoa and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

The family will receive condolences on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. to 7 :00 p.m. at Aguero Funeral and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, Texas 78041. A rosary will be held at 5:30 p.m.Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 25, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. from Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium to St. Patrick’s Catholic Church for a Holy Mass at 10:00 a.m.Interment will follow at the family plot in the Laredo City Cemetery.In accordance with CDC safety precautions, we ask everyone attending funeral services to wear a mask and practice social distancing. There will be limited seating for services. For everyone’s safety please honor the family from a distance.
