Ms. Maria De Jesus Martinez passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at her side on Sunday, March 23, 2025, at the age of 75 in Laredo, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents Jose and Delfina Pescador, brothers Alberto Lucio, Joel Pescador, Raul Pescador, and her sister Guadalupe Lucio.

Ms. Martinez is survived by her brothers and sisters Jose (Rosalinda) Pescador, Jesús (Rosario) Pescador, Evangelina (ϯ Aristeo) Mandujano, Héctor (Guadalupe) Pescador, Antonio (Tomasa) Pescador, Amado Pescador, Laura Pescador, and Delfina Pescador. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Visitation will be held Friday, March 28, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041. A rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. from Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium to Mother Cabrini Catholic Church for a Holy Mass at 9:00 a.m.

Inurnment will be held at a later date.
