Maria Teresa “Terry” Garcia

Maria Teresa “Terry” Garcia entered eternal rest on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at the age of 55 in Laredo, Texas. Terry as she was affectionately known worked for H.E.B. for many years. She will be dearly missed.She was preceded in death by her parents Manuel and Filiberta Garcia, brother Manuel Garcia Jr., and her mother-in-law Paula G. Ponce.Terry is survived by her beloved spouse Ana Maria Ponce, daughter San Juanita Torres, sisters Delia (Hector) Hinojosa, Yolanda (Jesus) Ferdin, Irma (Alberto) Lopez, Pastor Mary (Joe) Esparza and Bertha Alicia Garcia. She is also survived by her brothers and sister-in-law Rachel (Marisela) Hernandez, Jose Luis (Ama Laura) Barrientos and Andres (Ana Maria) Barrientos and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 11, 2020 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041. A chapel service will be held at 12:00 noon.Inurnment will be held at a later date.In accordance with CDC safety precautions, we ask everyone attending funeral services to wear a mask and practice social distancing. There will be limited seating for services. For everyone’s safety please honor the family from a distance. We kindly thank you in advance.
