Minerva Muñiz

Mrs. Minerva Muñiz passed away on Monday, August 14, 2023, in Laredo, Texas at the age of 86, surrounded by her loving family.
She is preceded in death by her husband Tomas Muñiz, and her parents Domingo and Santos Picon.
Mrs. Muñiz is survived by her children Isidro (†Rosario) Muñiz, Tomas Jr. (Griselda) Muñiz, Maria Teresa Muñiz, and Susana (Carlos) Cadena. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters Domingo Picon, Rogelia Picon, Maria Picon de Chavez, Benjamin Picon, Juan Picon, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 16, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041. A rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m.
A chapel service will be held Thursday, August 17, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, Texas 78041.
Interment will follow at the family’s plot in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
