Ms. Miriam Ivette Fernandez passed away on Monday, July 3, 2023, at the age of 53 in Laredo, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents Fernando and Josefina Fernandez.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving brothers and sisters Irasema (Isidoro) Martinez, Fernando Fernandez Jr. (Ma. Asucena Fernandez), Gerardo Fernandez (Erica Cisneros), José Octaviano Fernandez, and Josefina Fernandez. She is also survived by her beloved nieces, nephews Brianna Marie Contreras, Maria Flavia Hernandez, Andrés Contreras III (Angie Arispe), Arleen Castillo, Roger Castillo, Andrés Contreras, Fernando Contreras, Alexa Contreras, Daniella Contreras, Christopher Contreras, Alberto Contreras, Alberto Contreras Jr., Giselle Contreras, Matthew Contreras, Katalina Contreras, Alfredo G. Contreras (Mayra Contreras), Adrián Contreras, Issac Contreras, Joel Martinez, Fernando Fernandez (Grecia Salce), Alejandro Fernandez, Armando Fernandez, Ashley Castillo (Juan Castillo), Ryan Castillo, Alaissa Castillo, Gerardo Fernandez Jr., Natalie Fernandez, Socrates Garza (Adriana Garza) and other numerous relatives.Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Agüero Funeral Home & Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at 11:30 a.m. from Agüero Funeral Home & Crematorium to St. Jude Catholic Church for a Holy Mass at 12:00 p.m.
Inurnment will be held at a later date.
