Olivia Rangel – Celia Aguirre

Olivia Rangel born August 20, 1932, passed away on Friday, February 4, 2022, at the age of 89 in Laredo, Texas.Celia Aguirre born August 11, 1957, passed away on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at the age of 64 in Laredo, Texas.She is preceded in death by her mother/grandmother Benigna Puentes, sisters/aunts Francisca Solano, and Maria Chavarria, brothers/uncles Juan Rangel, Pablo Puentes, Asuncion “Chon” Puentes, and Sisto Rangel, niece/cousin Adriana Hernandez and nephew/cousin David De Leon, Jr.Olivia and Celia are survived by their sisters/aunts Dominga (†Brigido) Hernandez and Beatriz (David) De Leon. They are also survived by their grandnephews whom they both loved dearly Arturo E. Valls (Amber Guerra) and their children A.J. and Andrew Valls, Diego A. Mendoza, Arturo G. Valls, numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.

Visitation will be held Sunday, February 20, 2022, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041. A rosary will be held at 11:30 a.m.Interment will follow at the family plot in the Laredo City Cemetery.Due to the current Covid pandemic, temperature checks and the wearing of masks will be enforced for the safety of all.
