Mr. Romeo Augusto Navarro Gonzalez passed away peacefully on Friday, April 12, 2024, surrounded by his family at his side at the age of 78 in Laredo, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents Alfonso Navarro Robles and Elisa Gonzalez Garcia.

Mr. Navarro Gonzalez is survived by his wife Silvia Godoy Lazarini, daughters Alicia Maria Navarro Godoy (Carlos Gastellu), and Gloria Elisa Lafaire (Guillermo Lafaire). He is also survived by his granddaughters Karla Cristina Ramirez Navarro, Bianca Silvia Ramirez Navarro, Mariana Natalie Lafaire, sister Elisa Navarro Gonzalez, brother Hugo Navarro Gonzalez, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

El señor Romeo Augusto Navarro González falleció pacíficamente el viernes 12 de abril de 2024, rodeado de su familia a su lado a la edad de 78 años en Laredo, Texas.

Le precedieron en la muerte sus padres Alfonso Navarro Robles y Elisa González García.

Al Sr. Navarro González le sobreviven su esposa Silvia Godoy Lazarini, sus hijas Alicia María Navarro Godoy (Carlos Gastellu) y Gloria Elisa Lafaire (Guillermo Lafaire). También le sobreviven sus nietas Karla Cristina Ramírez Navarro, Bianca Silvia Ramírez Navarro, Mariana Natalie Lafaire, su hermana Elisa Navarro González, su hermano Hugo Navarro González, numerosas sobrinas, sobrinos, otros familiares y amigos.

Visitation will be held Saturday, April 13, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041. A rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m.

Funeral Service will be held Sunday, April 14, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. from Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium to Divine Mercy Catholic Church for a Holy Mass at 2:00 p.m.

Interment will follow at the family plot in the Laredo City Cemetery.

El velorio se llevará a cabo el sábado 13 de abril de 2024, de 4:00 p.m. a 9:00 p.m. en Aguero Funeral Home and Crematorium, 4402 E. Saunders St., Laredo, TX 78041. Se llevará a cabo un rosario a las 7:00 p.m.

El funeral se llevará a cabo el domingo 14 de abril de 2024 a las 1:30 de la tarde desde la funeraria Agüero hasta la Iglesia Católica Divine Mercy para una Santa Misa a las 2:00 de la tarde.

Seguirá el entierro en el terreno familiar en el cementerio de la ciudad de Laredo.
